The Han E® 24 B Male Insert is a robust connector insert featuring 24 contacts and PE contact support, designed for screw termination with integrated wire protection. It accommodates conductors from 0.75 to 2.5 mm² (AWG 18–14), supports up to 16 A and 500 V (600 V UL/CSA), and ensures high reliability with >10¹⁰ Ω insulation resistance and ≤1 mΩ contact resistance. With a stripping length of 7.5 mm, tightening torques of 0.5 Nm (M3 screws) and 1.2 Nm (M4 PE screw), and rated for ≥500 mating cycles, it performs reliably in demanding industrial environments from -40 to +125 °C.
