Lewis Woodward

Lewis founded the company 25 years ago, building on two decades of prior experience performing similar work for another connector business. Before entering the connector industry, he began his career as an electronics apprentice with TISCO, followed by a further 10 years working as an electronic serviceman.
His time in servicing was particularly formative, instilling a strong appreciation for selecting components that match the lifespan and reliability requirements of the equipment they support. This principle has carried through into his work over the past 45 years, guiding his commitment to recommending and supplying the most appropriate connector solutions to his clients.
In his spare time Lewis has done considerable genealogy research back to 1700 and on fine days can be found doing something around the garden.

Beyond the office, Errol is passionate about golf—some say he works to afford to play.
Roger Silcock

Roger manages Auckland Business Development at Connection Technologies with expertise spanning radio technology and the electrical sector. As a qualified Radio Technician, he brings deep RF knowledge to connectors and cable assemblies, along with a strong background in technical sales and customer support.
Outside of work, Roger enjoys home brewing and distilling, and is a keen SCUBA diver and amateur underwater photographer.

Robert is the Customer Service & Warehouse Manager at Connection Technologies, where he’s been part of the team for 16 years. With 25 years of experience in the industrial electrical market, Robert manages the complete customer journey—from initial enquiries and purchasing through to order fulfillment and shipping.
In his spare time, Robert enjoys spending time with his family, gaming, and tackling projects around the house.

Finance Manager
Leanne is an accounting professional with over three decades of experience in banking, insurance, and financial services. She leads both Finance and Operations with a steady, knowledgeable hand.
Away from the office, she’s a passionate cricket fan and loves spending time with her family.
Kelly Liu
Accounts Administrator
Kelly is a highly experienced administration professional within the Finance Department. Known for her strong customer service focus and commitment to excellence, she supports The ConTech Group with accuracy and efficiency.
In her spare time, she enjoys baking and exploring new places through travel with family.
Alex Dainty
Marketing & Web Coordinator
Alex is the Marketing & Web Coordinator at Connection Technologies, combining a passion for design and technology to manage marketing initiatives and the company’s online presence. From campaigns to product pages, Alex helps ensure the brand reflects the quality of the business.
On the weekend, you’ll find Alex either in the garden, playing with his son, or at the gym.
Eric Herbert
Assembly Manager
Eric is the Assembly Manager at Connection Technologies, leading the planning, preparation, and assembly of specialist cable assemblies. With a background in electronic service and design, he brings strong fault-finding and technical skills to every project.
When he’s not managing assemblies, Eric plays pétanque and loves gardening.
Paul Tabuclin
Assembly Technician
Paul is an Assembly Technician at Connection Technologies with a strong background in electronics and hands-on technical work. His experience spans electronics assembly, biomedical engineering, and production management across New Zealand and the Philippines.
In his free time, Paul enjoys reading and exploring this new hobby.
